I love these patches. I have been ordering them for close to 3 years now. At one point I had lost 5 people I love within a 6 month period, 3 relatives, including my Mom and 2 friends. It was so hard for me to be able to even attend the funerals, being so close to my Mom's passing. My daughter told me about these. I had tried so many other things, that did not work, and I did not want prescription medication. These were a game changer for me. I’m pretty thrilled with these patches. I ordered the PTSD patches because my anxiety is next-level. I was skeptical because I've tried other patches from other companies in the past, and they never worked for me. But I was willing to try anything.

I’ve had severe anxiety and panic attacks for over a decade. It got to the point where I couldn’t go grocery shopping or do anything without my husband. I stopped being able to drive farther than our local CVS, which is a mile away. My world got smaller and smaller. Then I saw a video testimonial by a veteran who tried the PTSD patches, and it changed his life. That was enough for me to take a chance.

I’ve been wearing these patches for close to 30 days. I noticed a difference in the first week. I wasn’t reacting to outside stimulation as intensely. I don’t write reviews…like never. These. Patches. Are. Life. Changing. Not kidding one bit. I read many positive reviews before buying and even after purchasing, I had an alarm set on my calendar to cancel because I just didn’t believe they’d work for me. Holy moly. I seriously felt a change the first day! Each day after, I kept waiting to go back to feeling my “normal”, over-anxious self…I still haven’t!!!! I use the sleep patch, & have used the migraine patch. I buy the anxiety patch for my autistic son who has awful anxiety. I notice if I forget the sleep patch, & the migraine patch cut my pain down quite a lot. I usually suffer 3day migraines, so this helped me function while lessening my pain. The first day I received the patches in the mail, I had to travel to a bigger city which would normally cause major anxiety. I put the patch on before I left and I had no issues at all. Well it has been 2 weeks on them. At first I did not think they were going to help. But I’m on my 3 patch and it has helped. This week has been better. Now I still get anxiety but it goes fast. I’m also on medication and have cut back my Xanax to only a half during the day and half at night before bed. I was up to 3 a day. But only for about a month. I usually only need a half before bed. But the past couple months I have had to increase because my anxiety was so bad. I am prescribed 3 a day but rarely do I need that. I have been on them for 15 years. I was getting worried I was going to get used to the 3 a day which was giving me more anxiety. But since the patch I can cut back thank god. Give them a shot. I already ordered another box it should arrive today.
